  1. Love your blog! I check deadmalls.com often but it hasn’t been updated in months. I’ve always been a fan of dead/dying malls, retail, buildings, etc among many other interests.

  2. I spent the first few years of my life right down Parham Road (was then Ridge Road) from Regency. We moved away when I was eight, about 10 years before the mall was built. Until Regency was built, the property was owned by Henrico County, which used it as the material dump for their road department. IT was nothing but big mounds of gravel and sand, with the odd group of school buses parked there. I always wanted to play on those big mountains of gravel and sand. 🙂
