The last time we visited Winn Dixie was May of 2005

I had to turn my car around somewhere and I figured what the heck and I turned it around in the vacant Winn Dixie parking lot and took some pics from my car:

This one is kinda hard to see, so here is the super duper large version as well.

  1. Interesting!

Inspired by the fact that I’m “not the only one out there”, I’ve started my own blog for where I live (the Harrisburg area). The best is yet to come!

  2. I work for Winn-Dixie in Florida, where they still have many stores open… happened across your Flickr account when I was bored and did a search for “winnidixie”! Interesting blog… you don’t see many “dead” stores in the area I live in. They’re sort of sad aren’t they?

  3. I live in Franklin and still miss that store.
Always did my shopping at Winn Dixie. Had the best meats in town.
